Vivacity Sunset: What Groups Can Expect

We recently announced that we’re phasing out the Vivacity program. Groups with active contracts will have no disruption to their services through the end of their current contracts. The following Vivacity products will be available to customers through December 31, 2025:

Wondr Health
Fiton
Movespring
ComPsych

Customers must implement their 2025 well-being products by January 1, 2025, for a December 31, 2025, runout date.

Mequilibrium and Optum Quit For Life will no longer be available for new sales in 2025 due to the timeline needed for implementation.

If you have a group with a wellness credit, encourage your groups to use their credits by making their Vivacity selections prior to January 1, 2025. After January 1, 2025, self-funded groups can use their wellness credits to purchase the Enhanced Case Management offering.
