Updates to Benefit Highlights

Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska benefit highlights are being updated. The purpose of these documents is to summarize the benefits our clients care about most.

Beginning March 1, 2025, “Home Health Visits” and “Outpatient Facility” line items will be removed from the highlights. Both benefits will still be available and there are no changes to the benefits themselves. Information on these benefits can be found in the benefit summary report (BSR).

The updated benefit highlights will be posted to the secure producer portal in early March.
