Producers Can Provide Feedback Through PremeraLISTENS

PremeraLISTENS is a way for Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska to measure producer experience in real-time at key locations. Previously, PremeraLISTENS surveys were limited to our member and provider audience. Last month we launched PremeraLISTENS for our producers.

Producers can provide feedback from various locations including:

• The monthly newsletter
• The Producer News homepage
• The producer pages on premera.com

Why we’re doing this

Making PremeraLISTENS available enables producers to provide feedback in real time. Your feedback will help us identify and prioritize the needs of our producers to make them successful in the market.
