Premera Improves Member Website on Personal Funding Accounts

In the March Producer Education Series, personal funding accounts (PFA) were reviewed as a key pain point for member experience. Consistent member feedback told us that we needed to provide clarity on how to best use personal funding accounts and resolve key issues like documentation requests.

Members can quickly access a detailed guide of eligible expenses and a documentation checklist for claim reimbursement.
