Premera Health Hub refreshes user-interface for improved member experience

Beginning on July 1, 2026 new and returning members to Premera Health Hub will see updates to the condition category overview page, intake process, and more.

Program overview

The programs will have a more detailed overview including program descriptions and what members can expect. This improved visibility into the program can help members better understand what level of commitment they need to make for a given program.

Member intake process

The new design will include a progress bar so members can see how far along they are in the intake. The goal is to help members not feel overwhelmed by the intake or abandon the intake completely.

Side-by-side comparisons

A key change for Premera Health Hub is the side-by-side program comparison members will see after completing the intake. This view provides helpful differences between options, and the member can select the program that best fits their needs.

Overall, members can expect a more modern and transparent design that leads them to a program that works for them.

Beginning January 1, 2027, Premera Health Hub will be included with all OptiFlex health plans.
