Cost Shares for 2024 Medicare Supplement Plans Announced

Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska annual notice letters mailed on November 15, 2023, to all Medicare Supplement members. These letters include 2024 cost shares from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The cost shares take effect on January 1, 2024.

Changes to cost shares from 2023 to 2024
The cost shares impact Medicare Part A and Part B, also known as Original Medicare.

2024 rate information letters will be mailed to customers in February 2024 and will also be posted on our Medicare Supplement producer resource page. Rates will take effect April 1, 2024.
