Changes to the Secure Inbox on Member Portal

What’s happening
Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska is using a new vendor to support the secure inbox in the member portal.
Members will be notified of this change by site banners and a notification email when they receive a new message in their secure inbox. No action is required from members.
