Action needed: Confirm your agency finance contact by July 1

In September Premera will transition from paper checks to electronic payments for producer and agency commissions.

At this stage, we’re only asking for the best finance or commission contact for your agency. Premera needs the correct finance or commission contact on file so we can share payment setup instructions with the right person before electronic payments begin in September.

This request applies only to agencies or payees who receive commission payments directly from Premera.

If you’re not the person who handles commissions or finances for your agency, please forward this request to the appropriate contact right away.

If we don’t have the right contact information, your agency could miss important setup communications and experience delays in receiving payments.
