New Sales Support Model for 51-99 Fully Insured Groups Starts January 12
To better serve our producer partners, we’re making some in changes in sales support process.
What’s changing?
Starting January 12, 2026, we’re updating how we support sales for 51-99 fully insured groups. The work of processing and servicing these groups will move to an established service unit team.
Why the change?
This shift improves efficiency in handling requests, helping us serve you faster and more consistently.
Who’s impacted?
Fully insured groups with 51-99 employees.
What’s different for you?
