November 14, 2024

Alaska state mandate SB 134 eliminates cost sharing for supplemental or diagnostic breast examinations. This mandate goes into effect on December 1, 2024, or as groups renew. A health plan may not impose cost sharing for supplemental or diagnostic breast examinations.
