Text Message Campaigns Expanded to OptiFlex Members

Beginning July 2024, we’re including OptiFlex groups that renewed between January 1, 2024 and July 1, 2024, in the Digital Newsfeed program and moving forward, additional OptiFlex members will be added to the program as groups renew.

Program highlights:

• Premera text messages will always come from “51987”
• Members will verify their identity entering their birthday one time once they’re onboarded.
• Messages will be sent no more than twice a month to qualifying members.
• Every time members receive a new text message, it takes them to a personalized and secure communication newsfeed.
• Members can opt out of receiving notifications at any time by going to the most recently received message and texting STOP.
