Michele Rinaldi Joins Alaska Sales and Support Team

Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska is pleased to announce that Michele Rinaldi has accepted a new position as Manager of Customer Success.

Michele Rinaldi joined Premera in 2007. She started her career in Membership and Billing for Alaska group business. In 2016, she joined the Washington large group sales support team, and has been a manager on that team since 2020.

In her new role, Michele is most excited about her opportunity to engage with Alaska producers, groups, and members.
